I hope you wonderful Thanksgiving and now is the time to think about how you will use all your leftovers 🤔.
Thanksgiving leftovers are outstanding 👌 and sometimes even as good as the Thanksgiving meal, but without all the stress 😂. I know we all have our favorites and I’m here today to share some of my favorites and inspire maybe some new Thanksgiving leftover favorites in your own kitchen 😉.

Stuffing Waffles
Waffles are such an easy way to use your leftover stuffing, simply add some stuffing to a bowl with an egg (maybe a little cheese) and place into a waffle press and wait for that yumminess 😋.

Top with a poached egg and kicked up gravy leftovers (i.e. add some hot or buffalo sauce) and you have Thanksgiving Benedict ❤.

Buffalo Turkey Dip or Monkey Bread
Since turkey is another white meat, why not. I’m here to admit that I’ve done this before and it’s delicious 😋.

Turkey Ramen
I did this last year and it was delicious 😋. Not only was I able to get rid of turkey, but also peas and pearl onions.

Turkey Enchiladas
Simply add you leftover turkey to a flour tortilla with fresh onions and cheese and you’ve got yummy enchiladas ❤.

Turkey Nachos or Tots
If you read my Friday Night Nacho post, you’ll know I put many refrigerator leftovers on my nachos and tots. Get creative; mashed potato tots, turkey, veggies, cranberry dipper 👍.

Turkey Instant Pot Stock
Don’t toss your bones post the celebration, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE AN INSTANT POT. Simply throw the bones, giblets and veggies in a storage bag for later use and create some stock magic.

Creamy Turkey Noodle Soup
Turkey Soup is great way to use leftover veggies and turkey. Check out my Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup for some inspiration. You could even use some mashed potatoes to thicken the soup 👍.

Asian Inspired Dishes
You know I love Asian inspired dishes ❤. Usually my protein is chicken, but turkey is a great replacement.

Have fun experimenting with your leftovers and cheers 🍻
