In a large fry, melt the butter on medium heat. Once melted add the ground sausage and cook until brown.
Once the sausage is browned, add the onion and saute together with the sausage. Once the onions are aromatic, add the garlic and combine together.
Add the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Once the flour is cooked add the milk and cream and continue to whisk together. Add the Worcestershire, seasoned salt, paprika and hot sauce to the cream sauce.
Once thickened, taste and season with salt & ground pepper if needed.
Serve warm on a biscuit or fresh bread with or without an egg 🥚, enjoy and cheers ☕!
