Pesto Pull Apart Chicken Bread
Perfect when entertaining or an easy meal for two!
- ⅓ cup pesto
- 1 cup precooked chicken, cut into bite sized pieces
- ½ loaf french baguette, cut into bite sized pieces
- 8 oz fresh mozzarella, pulled apart
- 1 cup mini tomatoes
- salt & pepper, for seasoning
Prepare the ingredients and add to a large mixing bowl. Mix together until well combined.
Add the ingredients to a cast iron and cook at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until the tomatoes have roasted off and the cheese is melted and gooey.
Remove from the oven and serve from the cast iron. Enjoy and cheers 🥂!
