Mediterranean Turkey Meatballs
I don’t know about you, but I absolutely love Mediterranean food for it’s boldness and freshness and these meatballs certainly deliver on that profile!!!
Tender, flavorful and the perfect accompaniment to a Mediterranean spread.
Plus, they can be prepared in 10 minutes and only take 30 minutes to bake, so easy peasy!
I hope you enjoy and please share your feedback if you give them a try, cheers 🥂!
Some Notes
Protein Options – I opted for ground turkey, but chicken will certainly do.
Seasoning the Meatballs – Watch the salt you add because feta is salty on it’s own. You could also fry up a small amount to taste before seasoning with salt & pepper.
Leave the Meatballs to Rest – I would suggest refrigerating for 1-2hrs because this will allow the flavors to come together.
Serving Options – I opted for a Mediterranean spread with my Whipped Feta Dip, but you could easily add to a pita for gyro deliciousness or add to yummy pasta, like my Spinach & Lemon Hummus Pasta. Additional leftovers could be added to Mediterranean Salad or sandwich for a Mediterranean Meatball Sandwich.
