It’s my birthday weekend and I’ll be spending it in great company for fiestas 🎉; therefore, my Saturday post is focused on a few of my favorites recipes and posts with the condition that nothing would mean more to me on my birthday then to know what you have loved on my site, please and thank you 🙏

Herbed Rice Pilaf – This post was special because it was a recipe from my nana’s kitchen ❤

Scotch Pies – This post is a favorite because it was a request from my hubby on HIS birthday 🎂. My own pastry and a meat pie, delicious!

Lobster Mac and Cheese – I need a throwback to this recipe from the past weekend because it was AMAZING and you need to try it! So creamy and delicious 😋

Seacoast Winter Brew Fest – This was a fabolous day and makes my list because you know I’m a fan of great beer and it was a day sampling those delicious brews. I’m gearing up for the Maine Brewers’ Guild Summer Beer Festival on July 27th in Portland, ME 🍻!

Homemade Cheeseburger Helper – This makes the list because it was my first time making this dish and boy was it delicious 😋. If you’re using the box Cheeseburger Helper and want a better option, I suggest bookmarking this recipe!

Homemade Kimchi – Yup, that’s right, I made my own kimchi and that accompaniment has been a focal point to some of my Asian dishes on this site (i.e. Asian Chicken and Ramen, Kimchi Fried Rice, Kimchi Tots). I love the inspiration this blog is bringing me/us 👍

Lemon Meringue Cocktail – One of my all time favorites. If you love lemon meringue you need to get to Sonny’s Tavern for this cocktail or try my spin 👍

Pimento Cheese Spread – One of my absolute favorites and a total crowd-pleaser. In fact, this spread will make an entrance on my 🎂 weekend.
