Weekly Plan – I’ve hit double digits with my Food Blog
Can you believe it, its been 10 weeks of food blogging for me ๐! Boy has time flown โ๏ธ by and I’m really enjoying sharing my weekly plans with you and what’s inspiring me each week โค๏ธ
This week is inspired by a visit with a friend and reminiscing about a yummy chicken dish she made for my husband and I one evening, years ago. It was chicken and onion tagine and I’ve recreated it many times because it left a lasting impression with its depth of flavor with salty green olives, lemon and AMAZING Moroccan spice. This recipe will certainly be shared! And since I’ll buy a large package of chicken thighs, I’ll have ๐ that needs to be used and that will make its way into my rotation this week ๐
Inspiration number two comes from our winter comforts that we’ll need to kick soon ๐ We love fresh bread and those days are done once the weather is nice. I will also share that recipe.
Meal 1 – Moroccan Chicken and Onion Tagine: I need chicken thighs, onions, pitted green olives, lemon and cilantro for this dish; and those ingredients will play into my other dishes this week ๐
Meal 2 – Cheddar Jalapeno Grilled Cheese: I plan to make Cheddar Jalapeno Bread this weekend and I always have flour and yeast. I need jalapenos, but outside of that I’m good because we always have cheese for our Sonny’s ๐ถ departure Kong before we leave for work.
Meal 3 – Kimchi Chicken Bowl: I have my fresh Kimchi that needs to be used and you know me, I hate food going to waste. I also have rice noodles in my pantry, green onion and cilantro for garnishing.
Meal 4 – Marinated Chicken Thighs & Salad: I’ll marinade some of the chicken on Sunday for a mid-week meal and I always have spinach for my work week lunches.

What’s inspiring your Sunday meal plan?
