Bailey’s and coffee is a match made in heaven ❤️ and Adult Milkshakes are a fun “treat” from time to time and last night we went for it! I must admit my milkshakes are pretty amazing, thanks to salted caramel ice cream 🍨

I added 3 scoops of Trader Joe’s Salted Caramel Gelato (this is only a summer item at Trader Joe’s, so that tells you how long it’s been in our freezer 😉) to about 6oz of Bailey’s. I then added about the same amount of coffee and finished with a splash of Cafe Patron (Cafe Patron adds that extra punch of coffee goodness). I use an immersion blender to create the milkshake consistency and sometimes I’ll add ice to the blender when I’m truly looking for a thick milkshake 👍

Once the milkshake is combined, I pour into a cocktail glass over ice. *Enjoy!
