Throwback Thursday 😉, to some loaded tots we made a few weeks back. These aren’t your standard tots because they are loaded with cheese, my Kimchi and a * Kimchi Aioli 🌶️, so yummy and the prefect Friday night tidbits!
Simply make some tater tots and when they’re almost done and crispy, add some cheese and place back into the stove until the cheese is melted 😋
Meanwhile, drain your Kimchi and reserve those juices and create your aioli, see my aioli below.
Once the cheesy tots are done, top with Kimchi and serve with a *Kimchi Aioli dipper, cheers!
Kimchi Aioli Ingredients & Instructions
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, I buy Trader Joe’s Mayonnaise because I think it has a stronger flavor of vinegar than most brands, which I love.
- 1TBS of Kimchi juice
- Juice from 1/2 of a lime
- Mix the ingredients together and add a touch of salt and pepper, if you desire.
